The Seribu Islands Water Resources (SDA) Sub-agency is building an embankment on the south side of Ambalat Beach, RT 04/01, Harapan Island, North Seribu Islands.

Seribu Islands SDA Sub-agency Head, Hendri said the construction of this 25-meter-long embankment was aimed to protect land areas from the threat of tidal waves and abrasion.

Cideng River Embankment in Menteng Atas Being RepairedIt has been carried out since September 11, 2023. At the location, some massive cubes as high as 1.6 meters and one meter wide are seen being attached and are targeted to be completed in early October.
"This work involves 12 personnel," he explained.
After the cube has been attached, the work would continue with casting the embankment walls and painting them to make them attractive.
"We will monitor and carry out maintenance to make the embankment more durable, neat, and looks beautiful," he stated.
